This online journal of NELTA serves as a platform for teachers, researchers, and all interested scholars who would like to share their experiences, research findings, reflections, signature pedagogy and many more. We hope that this collection of scholarly articles offers some new perspectives into effective pedagogical practices, innovative teaching methodologies, and the challenges faced by English language teachers in their classrooms. It encourages educators to reflect on their teaching journeys, critically reflect on their practices, and explore new avenues for continuing professional growth. We always accept your constructive suggestions for enhancing the quality of our reputed academic e-zine.
The present issue includes scholarly articles of well-engaged ELT practitioners. Dammar Singh Saud, Moin Uddin, Prahlad Chandra Lamsal, and Shiva Kumari Rai, have shared their enriching experiences and ideas on pertinent ELT issues. Mr. Saud, in his article, explores the author’s journey in developing his signature pedagogy of post-class reflection writing. Mr. Uddin explores how a lesson plan enhances classroom learning through multifaceted engagement. Mr. Lamsal unearths the strategies of English for students of diverse linguistic backgrounds. Likewise, Ms. Rai unpacks the Nepalese EFL classroom contexts and instructional activities to address students’ diverse needs and expectations.
